The Objectives of CQA
Objective of its establishment
To ensure that UKM Quality Assurance System is more organised and effective and create a more transparent quality process that has integrity at all levels.
Strategic Objectives
By 2015, CQA is determined to achieve the following strategic objectives:
- Coordinating the implementation of UKM Quality lifecycle and comprehensive continuous improvement to foster a culture of quality among UKM citizens;
- Ensuring quality and recognition ofstudy programmes through audit and benchmarking;
- Ensuring that the Quality Management System is internalized by the UKM citizens;
- Improving the quality of core processes and service delivery through the development of the internal standard and customer and stakeholder feedback systems.
