Greetings and Salam Universiti Watan,<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
In today\u2019s fast-paced and ever-changing era, the need to continue learning and adapting has become increasingly important. This is where the role of the Centre for Shaping Advanced & Professional Education (UKMShape) lies, as a leader in providing access to lifelong education that is flexible, relevant, and inclusive, not only at the national level but also internationally.<\/td><\/tr>
UKMShape offers a variety of academic and professional programs designed to meet the needs of individuals from diverse backgrounds whether school leavers, working professionals, or those seeking to enhance their skills. UKMShape is also committed to producing graduates and a workforce who are not only knowledgeable but also ethical, competitive, and ready to face challenges in an ever-evolving global landscape.<\/td><\/tr>
In line with this goal, UKMShape prioritizes two (2) key principles in every aspect of its management and service delivery: Institutional Transparency and Operational Efficiency<\/strong>. These are not mere slogans, but approaches that will be continuously implemented through process reviews, data monitoring, and improvements based on feedback.<\/td><\/tr>

To strengthen this effort, UKMShape will focus on four (4) main areas:<\/p>

  1. Transparent Governance<\/strong> \u2013 UKMShape is committed to openly sharing information related to policies, achievements, and performance, including annual reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) that can be evaluated by all stakeholders.<\/li>
  2. Operational Transformation & Efficiency<\/strong> \u2013 Existing processes and agreements are constantly reviewed to ensure no wastage of time and resources. UKMShape also strives to simplify dealings for students and strategic partners through smoother processes.<\/li>
  3. Stakeholder Engagement<\/strong> \u2013 The voices of students, industries, agencies, and communities are always taken into account through various channels such as feedback sessions, satisfaction surveys, and constructive bilateral collaborations.<\/li>

The combination of these four focus areas will help UKMShape build a stronger, more transparent, and efficient system. At the same time, UKMShape will continue to foster strategic collaborations with various industry partners, institutions at home and abroad, and professional organizations to ensure that all our programs remain relevant and meet current needs.<\/td><\/tr>
