Illumina is constantly improving their products and widening the portfolio to give researchers and clinicians access to new information in a multitude of applications.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">NovaSeq 6000 Sequencing System unleashes a new era in sequencing with groundbreaking innovations that leverage proven Illumina next generation sequencing (NGS) technology. It provides users with the throughput, speed, and flexibility to complete projects faster and more economically than ever before. Applications requiring large amounts of data, such as human whole genome sequencing (WGS), ultra-deep exome sequencing, and tumor-normal profiling can now be completed in a more cost-effective manner. The same instrument can be used for less data-intensive methods, such as targeted resequencing. The recent introduction of NovaSeq S4 flow cell and NovaSeq Xp workflow delivers up to 6TB of output in two days and additional flexibility to allow project combination. All these extend the capabilities of the platform to empower high intensity sequencing across a wide range of sequencing methods.
