Registration Fees

This forum is opened to academics, business communities, policy makers, civil society organisations, community leaders and the general public to debate on the prospects, impacts and challenges of economic integration in Southeast Asia. It is expected that about 100 participants will take part in this forum.

All participants (except for invited speakers) have to pay registration fees (not inclusive of accommodation and transport):

Registration fees for paper presenters will have to be paid when submitting the full papers (before 30^th  August). For the rest of the participants, the latest date of payment will be 30^th  August 2017. Participants whose fees are being paid by their institutions must produce the institution’s letter of undertaking (or invoice) by the same date.

For those who pay their fees by the deadline will have their abstracts printed in the program book and listed in the program. The papers will be compiled in a refereed proceeding.

Those in Malaysia who wish to pay their registration fees can transfer their payment in Malaysian ringgit by bank draft, money order or postal order, payable to Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Alternatively they can deposit the sum directly into the university’s bank account, scan and email or fax the receipt to the Secretariat with their name and AEIF 2017 printed on it, and bring the original receipt to the forum as proof of payment.

Participants who reside overseas can transmit their payment in US dollars directly into the university’s bank account and fax or email a copy of the receipt to the Secretariat with their name and AEIF 2017 printed on it. The payer, however, must bear any bank charges incurred in the transaction and must bring the original receipt to the forum as proof of payment.
