FAQ 1: Can the invoice/quotation for both the conference and journal publication fees as a single, combined fee.
It will be included in the billing to the author/s once we receive an official email. You can email to cem@ukm.edu.my

FAQ 2: What is the total fees for both the conference and journal publication fees as a single, combined fee.

FAQ 3: Kindly specify the name of the journal in which the paper will be published.
The SDMMS2025 Journal Selection Committee will specify the journal to all authors 1 week after the conference. All presented articles will be proposed to Scopus Indexed Journals

FAQ 4: Is all full papers be accepted by the journals?
The acceptance of the manuscript is solely based on the peer review of the reapective/selected Journal.

FAQ 5: Who is responsible for a manuscript being rejected by the proposed Journal from the Selection Committee of SDMMS2025
This is solely the responsibility of the authors of the manuscript. The selection committee nor SDMMS2025 committee will not be held responsible if the manuscript has been rejected by the respective/selected journal.

FAQ 6: WIll the SDMMS2025 committee propose a replace journal if my paper has been rejected?
No

FAQ 7: Will the publication fees be refunded if my manuscript is rejected?
No

FAQ 8: Do the organising committee guarantee publication in the listed or not listed journals?
No, as the quality of the manuscript is the responsibility of the authors, and the decision on publication acceptance or rejection is at the discrete of the respective/selected Journal’s editorial board
