- The fee covers lunches, refreshment, conference dinner and conference proceeding.

- Online registration will be available after 16 April 2012
- Registration is only valid after payment
- Payment must be sent to the PERFIK 2012 Secretariat as cross cheque/bank draft payable to Bendahari UKM
- Payment for registration fee can be made through cross cheque/bank draft, payable to Bendahari UKM. Please note that the payment should be made by 19th October 2012 to ensure participation and inclusion in the final conference programme.
