Rational of Group Formation

Based on the importance of human resource development and management on the growth and development of the country, it is proper therefore to form a research group to conduct research in this field. The formation of this group may be beneficial based on the expertise available amongst the Faculty members who have been involved much in research work, consultations and teaching related to this field. Moreover, in the school of Economics, the Human Resource Module is offered at the undergraduate and graduate level. With the formation of this research group therefore, the students especially at the graduate level may also be involved in the staff research while writing their thesis in the related field. The outcome of this research will benefit the students specializing in this field and also other students, as well as members of the public as a whole. Such relationship (staff-student research) is greatly needed in sustaining the status of Research University of UKM.
