Introduction

Bantuan Prihatin is a JPK initiative to assist B40 students through an application and screening process based on defined criteria. A total of 20 students are selected for assistance each semester, and the program has been carried out for 3 years.

Objectives

  • Identify students who are less able and have not received any assistance.
  • Ensure every student has access to WileyPlus software used in coursework.

Type of Support

Financial (cash assistance)

Each selected student receives RM150 to purchase a WileyPlus eBook for Engineering Mathematics courses.

Impact

The program alleviates financial burden for B40 students in FKAB, ensuring access to essential learning resources so they can focus on studies rather than financial stress.

Conclusion

Bantuan Prihatin JPK@FKAB reduces barriers to higher education and supports students’ academic and professional growth.
