The CCTV Installation Project at FKAB UKM is a crucial initiative to create a safe, transparent, and well-monitored working environment. The main purposes include enhancing security and surveillance, preventing crime, improving monitoring efficiency, providing evidence in case of incidents, and promoting discipline and productivity.
The project involves the installation of 40 CCTV cameras in each FKAB building, providing comprehensive coverage of key areas. It is overseen by the Jawatankuasa Pembangunan dan Infrastruktur FKAB and supported by Tabung Penjanaan FKAB (FKB1). The initiative strengthens institutional governance, safety, and transparency, aligning with SDG 16 goals.
The installation of CCTV at FKAB is more than a security measure; it is a long-term investment in institutional safety, discipline, and operational efficiency. With 40 cameras per building, the project ensures comprehensive protection, supports transparency, and contributes to a safe, conducive environment for learning and working.
