A.  Coursework

Candidates must register and complete 12 units of compulsory courses, 21 units of elective courses and 12 units of project papers;

• Project Paper 1 is a preliminary research study report containing Introduction, Background, Problem Statement, Research Questions, Objectives and Research Methodology.
• Project Paper 2 is a producing an articles (either Chapters in Books, Proceedings or Journals)

B. Mixed Mode (Coursework and Research)

• Candidates must register and complete 12 units of compulsory courses, 28 units dissertation courses.
• Present research proposal dan Full Dissertation through oral examination
• Publish at least 1article in journal from ERA/Scopus/WoS/ERA/Renowned publisher Journal.

C. Fully Research

Publish 1 article in journal from any of the categories below:

• Journal ERA/Scopus/WoS Journal;
• Journal by UKM Press or any Faculty/Institute or listed in MyJurnal (Malaysian Journal Management System) from MyCite;
• Chapters in book published by renowned publishers in WoS or UKM Press or MAPIM
