Datuk Fadzli Abdul Wahit

Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs, MDEC

Datuk Fadzli Abdul Wahit is currently the Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs at the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). Prior to joining MDEC, Datuk Fadzli served as Partner/Executive Director for the Management Consulting Practice (Head of Government Sector) at KPMG Business Advisory Malaysia. With more than 30 years of professional experience, he has advised government and semi-government agencies in Malaysia and internationally, specialising in corporate transformation and restructuring, policy development, economic and feasibility studies, strategic planning, and advisory services. His extensive expertise has facilitated numerous successful collaborations between government agencies and large corporations.


Throughout his career, Datuk Fadzli has led major initiatives in information technology, organisational transformation, project management, business strategy, business process improvement, organisational culture, and human resource development. His previous professional appointments include Coopers & Lybrand Management Consulting, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, and RHB Sakura Merchant Bank. In 2014, Datuk Fadzli was appointed as a Board Member of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN/IRB), serving two consecutive terms over four years. He is also currently an Adjunct Professor at DRB-HICOM University of Automotive Malaysia, where he actively delivers seminars and lectures on strategic and operational management.


Datuk Fadzli received his education in both Malaysia and the United Kingdom. He obtained a Diploma in Accountancy from Institut Teknologi MARA (ITM) before pursuing both his Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Accounting at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.

Professor Dr. Aini Aman

Professor of Accounting Information Systems, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia

Professor Dr. Aini Aman is a Professor of Accounting Information Systems at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Her areas of expertise include accounting information systems, digital transformation, global business services, artificial intelligence in business processes, digital governance, and inclusive digital economy development.

She has held various academic and leadership positions, including serving as Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management, UKM, and Acting President of UKM Qatar. She is also the founder of the Global Business Services and Digital Economy Research Center and currently serves as Academic Advisor for GBS Malaysia.

Through her research, consulting, and capacity-building initiatives, she has contributed to the development of digital business transformation, shared services, SME digitalisation, AI-enabled workflow improvement, and talent development in the global business services ecosystem.

Her research and professional work focus on how organisations can use digital technologies not only for efficiency and automation, but also for human-centric value creation, responsible governance, talent development, and inclusive economic growth.
