Youth Worker Leadership Workshop: Supporting Children & At-Risk Adolescents (February 5th 2026).

On 5 February 2026, the Tun Fatimah Hashim Women’s Leadership Centre, in collaboration with youth from Adab Youth Garage (AYG) Malaysia, organised the Youth Worker Leadership Workshop: Supporting Children & At-Risk Adolescents.

This workshop provided exposure to leadership approaches, emotional support, and basic intervention strategies in assisting children and adolescents who face behavioural and social challenges.

Through this sharing session, it is hoped that participants will strengthen their leadership skills, increase their sensitivity to mental well-being issues, and become agents of change who can create safer, more inclusive, and supportive environments for the development of children and adolescents. Ultimately, more youth and members of the community are expected to take active roles in guiding the younger generation towards a more positive and prosperous future.
