SPEECH TITLE: “HOW TO BE PRODUCTIVE & SUSTAINABLE: A TALE OF TWO LEVELS”

Kerrie Unsworth is Chair of Organisational Behaviour at Leeds University Business School and a member of the Workplace Behaviour Research Centre. She is interested in understanding and helping people at work, including their pro-environmental behaviours, creativity, well-being and productivity; she is an expert in how people juggle their different goals and identities and the effect that has on their motivation and behaviours. Kerrie has over 25 years’ experience teaching concepts such as well-being and leadership to executives and students and is a passionate believer in helping to create a better world. She has published in a range of top academic journals including Academy of Management Review and Journal of Applied Psychology, has been an Associate Editor at Human Relations & Journal of Organizational Behavior, and she currently sits on the Editorial Boards of Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management Studies, Human Relations and Journal of Occupational & Organizational Psychology.
