In-Person Registration

  • Walk-in and non-presenter is RM600 (150 USD) for both days.
  • Each registrations includes one paper, proceedings, admission to all technical sessions, teas/coffee breaks and lunches.
  • A presenter is entitled for a 50% discount for 2nd paper.
  • A conference kit would be provided for one registration with full fees only

Registration

Through EDAS:

  1. Register in EDAS (https://scored2022.edas.info/)
  2. Choose registration type
  3. Choose the method of payment

Conference registration fee includes access to all parallel sessions, keynote speeches, digital certificate and valid for one person with one paper.

Alternative payment method

Payments can be made through Online Payment, Cheque, Credit Card or Debit Banking to “IEEE SCORED” account.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION (Early Bird)

  1. Authors who make their payment before 1st October 2022 at 4.00 PM (GMT Time) will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate.
  2. Please read the cancellation policy and exclusion of liability before making a payment.
  3. Kindly email us at scored2022@ukm.edu.my  to request for invoice.

Payment receipt will only be issued within 15 days after the conference ended.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Must be notified (via email) to the Conference Secretariat (email: scored2022@ukm.edu.my).
  2. All banking charges must be borne by the registrant.
  3. Any cancellation made before 20th October 2022 will be subjected to a 50% cancellation charge , including bank charges that occurred also must be borne by the registrant.
  4. No refund will be made for cancellation or no-show after 08 November 2022.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

The Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants' failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application denial, riots, diseases, or any conditions beyond the control of the Conference Organizer. And thus, the conference registration fee cannot be refunded.
