SOLAS Scoping workshop has been organised at Xiamen China from 24-28 September 2023. The meeting involved SOLAS SSC members and other researchers involved with SOLAS-related topics. The meeting has been chaired by SOLAS Co-Chair, Minhan Dai and Cécile Guieu.
