The Advanced Surgical Skills Center (ASSC) is an advanced surgical skills training center that centers on high-tech instruments and facilities and global expertise. The establishment of ASSC is an important development in the history of medicine in Malaysia and can be a starting point to boost the reputation of UKM in particular and Malaysia in general as a tertiary education hub and a hub to improve high value medical services in the region.
