The Network, Industry and Community Affairs (HEJIM) unit serves as the primary driver in establishing and monitoring strategic relationships between the faculty and various stakeholders, including industry, communities, NGOs, and government agencies, both locally and internationally.

This unit is responsible for matching academic expertise, infrastructure, and faculty resources to foster collaboration in education, research, and consultancy services. Furthermore, HEJIM manages official collaboration documents, such as Letters of Intent (LoI), Memoranda of Understanding (MoU), and Memoranda of Agreement (MoA), to ensure the systematic sustainability of external partnerships.

Additionally, HEJIM coordinates various student development programmes, including industrial training placements, graduate employability initiatives, and international mobility programmes. The unit also actively leads community engagement initiatives through knowledge transfer schemes, alongside various social welfare and sustainability activities. All these efforts aim to strengthen the faculty's network and ensure the impact of FKAB’s expertise is fully realised across society.
