Attention to all oral presenters (Oral and Young Investigator)

1. On the day of their scheduled session, presenters must check in and submit their files to the secretariat during the morning registration.
2. Materials should be uploaded using the QR code or the Google Drive link provided at the registration counter.
3. Please follow the designated naming format for files: Abstract Control ID Number – Presenter Name (for example, RP051 – Akmal Farhan). 
4. Slides must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) with a 16:9 landscape aspect ratio; please note that modifications are not permitted after submission.
5. The 15-minute time slot includes a 10-minute talk and a 5-minute question-and-answer session.
6. While abstracts are set for publication in the Medicine & Health, Medic FAC UKM, you may opt-out by contacting isihatukm@ukm.edu.my by Jun 15, 2026.
7. Judging for the Oral Presentation Award or the Young Investigator Award will occur during the session.
