GUIDELINES FOR RAPID-FIRE PRESENTATION 

1. On the morning of the scheduled session, presenters must register and submit their presentation files to the secretariat.
2. All materials should be uploaded using the QR code or Google Drive link provided at the registration station.
3. Please adhere to the following naming format: Abstract Control ID Number – Presenter Name (for example, RP051 – Akmal Farhan). 
4. Each presentation is limited to a single slide in a 16:9 landscape aspect ratio, submitted as a PDF or Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) file. Slidework cannot be modified after submission.
5. The session includes a 3-minute presentation followed by a 2-minute period for audience questions.
6. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Medicine & Health, Medic FAC UKM. If you wish to opt-out, contact isihatukm@ukm.edu.my no later than Jun 15, 2026.
7. All participants will be considered for the Rapid Fire Presentation Award during the evaluation process.
