GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION
- It is mandatory for presenters to display their posters throughout the entire two-day duration.
- Presenters must check in for their sessions to the secretariat during the morning hours.
- Poster Specifications:
- Dimensions: A1 size in portrait orientation.
- Medium: Printed format.
- Language: Content must be in clear, succinct English.
- Design posters for maximum legibility, ensuring that all text, graphs, and imagery are easy to read.
- A current passport-sized photograph of the author(s) should be attached to the top right corner of the poster.
- Attendance is required at the poster location during scheduled viewing times. Each session includes a 3-minute talk followed by a 2-minute period for questions.
- While abstracts will be published in theMedicine & Health, Medic FAC UKM, authors may opt-out by emailing isihatukm@ukm.edu.my no later than June 15, 2026.
- All presentations will undergo evaluation for the Poster Presentation Award.
