Pusat IDEA successfully organised TRAINING IDEA 2.0: Coaching Workshop on Building Robust Goals, held from 28 to 30 August 2025 at Residence Inn Cherating, Pahang.
The workshop involved full participation from Pusat IDEA staff and was facilitated by an experienced coach, Mr. Norrul Izuhan bin Shafri from Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz (HCTM). The programme aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of effective goal-setting practices that are clear, focused, and aligned with the organisation’s vision and strategic direction.
Throughout the workshop, participants were guided to explore their personal and professional potential more deeply, enhance motivation, and strengthen teamwork through a shared sense of purpose. The coaching-based approach encouraged self-awareness, collective commitment, and a results-oriented mindset among participants.
Through this capacity-building initiative, Pusat IDEA aspires to further enhance organisational capability and prepare its workforce to move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence towards achieving sustained excellence in the future.
