The Centre for IDEA, UKM conducted the Performance Evaluation Monitoring Session for Universiti Research Groups (KPU) at the Pusat Permata@Pintar Negara, UKM Bangi, today, 11 March 2025 (Tuesday).
This evaluation aimed to assess the achievements and effectiveness of each research group in producing high-quality, high-impact research in alignment with the university’s vision and mission.
In addition, the session served as a platform to identify challenges faced by researchers and to develop more effective solutions to further strengthen the university’s research ecosystem.
A total of 95 Phase 1 and Phase 2 Research Groups (KPU) were evaluated during the session, which involved 27 panel assessors, led by Professor Dr. Zulkefly Abdul Karim, Head of the Social and Economic Transformation Research Cluster.
