Pusat IDEA successfully organised TRAINING IDEA 2.0: Coaching Workshop on Building Robust Goals, held from 28 to 30 August 2025 at Residence Inn Cherating, Pahang.
The workshop involved the full participation of Pusat IDEA staff and was facilitated by an experienced coach, **HCTM representative, Mr. Norrul Izuhan bin Shafri. The programme was designed to enhance participants’ understanding of effective goal-setting practices that are clear, focused, and aligned with organisational vision and strategic direction.
Throughout the sessions, participants were guided to reflect on personal and professional aspirations, explore individual potential more deeply, and strengthen intrinsic motivation. The workshop also emphasised teamwork and collective commitment, fostering a shared sense of purpose among Pusat IDEA personnel.
Through this capacity-building initiative, Pusat IDEA aims to further strengthen organisational readiness and empower its workforce to move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence towards achieving sustained excellence in the future.
