Sustainability Pillar 2 : Teaching and Learning

The 2030 Sustainability Strategic Plan places Teaching and Learning as SUSTAINABILITY PILLAR 2 to improve the quality of teaching, cultivate sustainability and health through education.

The core outlines three main objectives measured by 7 Key Performance Indicators consisting of 4 SDGs, which are:
SDG 3: Good Health and Wellbeing
SDG 4: Quality Education
SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy
SDG 13: Climate Change

OBJECTIVE 1 : ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION

• Empowering lifelong learning
• Enhancing TVET community programs and lifelong learning
• Establishing Lifelong Learning Policies

OBJECTIVE 2 : CULTIVATING SUSTAINABILITY THROUGH EDUCATION

• Implementing programs with government agencies, community and energy related industry
• Increasing awareness related to environment and climate change
• Offering courses / programs on sustainability, environment and climate change
