  Inclusive of one (1) buffet breakfasts, WIFI internet access and complimentary one round of minibar consumption daily.
• RM 470.00+ (RM507.60 nett) per night – (Double/ Twin)
  Inclusive of two (2) buffet breakfasts, WIFI internet access and complimentary one round of minibar consumption daily.

RATE REMARKS

• Room rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and subject to current Sales & Service Tax (SST) effective 1 January 2022 and subject to any prevailing taxes imposed by the Malaysian Government.
• The mandatory Tourism Tax of MYR10.00nett will be imposed on all hotel room rates on a per room per night basis for foreign passport holders. The tax is not included in the 6% SST. This amount will be collected on behalf of the government upon check out
• The above room categories are equipped with one (1) King Bed or Twin Bedded. Bed assignment will be subject to availability upon check-in.
• Group rates are only applicable for a minimum of 10 paying rooms per night. For any group inquiry with below 10 paying rooms, pre-signed Corporate Rate or Hotel Dynamic Rates applies. Corporate Rate is not applicable for any group booking with 10 rooms and above.
• The Hotel reserves the right to adjust room rates after the validity date in the proposal offered in accordance of its availability.

ADDITIONAL ARRANGEMENT & CHARGES

• Walk-in rate for Buffet Breakfast at Nipah for adult is chargeable at RM 88.00+ per person.
• Extra Bed without breakfast chargeable at RM 128.00+ per bed per day.
• Extra Bed with one (1) buffet breakfast chargeable at RM 150.00+ per unit per day.
• Room Drop is chargeable at RM 15.00+ per drop per trip.
