Aim

The Journal of Contemporary Islamic Law (JCIL) aims to promote scholarly research and critical discourse on Islamic law (fiqh) with particular emphasis on its contemporary applications and relevance in modern societies. It seeks to provide an academic platform for researchers, scholars, and practitioners to publish high-quality, peer-reviewed studies that examine the interaction between classical Islamic legal principles and current legal, social, political, and economic issues.
