Aim: To develop microextraction techniques analytical methodologies for environmental monitoring, promote sustainable and green analytical chemistry, and develop innovative sensor technologies and advanced materials for the detection and removal of environmental pollutants.
Synopsis:
Our research group focuses on developing cutting-edge analytical techniques for food safety, environmental monitoring, emphasizing sustainable and green analytical chemistry approaches. Method development with analytical instrumentation advancements, such as capillary electrophoresis (CE), ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC), gas chromatography (GC) and miniaturized paper-based sensors, further contribute to sustainability by reducing solvent consumption, energy use, and waste generation. Additionally, our work includes exploring advanced materials for the efficient removal of pollutants, contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable environment.
