Paper Presentation's Schedule
A. Extended Abstract Guidelines and Acceptance
For each extended abstract submitted, one thematic area that best describes the contents of the contribution must be specified.For each extended abstract submitted, one thematic area that best describes the contents of the contribution must be specified. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to assign thematic categories as deemed necessary.
All extended abstracts will be coordinated and checked by the Scientific Committee.Only original work that has not been published or accepted for presentation elsewhere is accepted.Abstrak panjang mesti mengikut format templat yang diberikan dan dalam fail Word. Setiap abstrak panjang mesti mengandungi Abstrak, Kata Kunci, Pengenalan, Hasil dan Perbincangan, KesimpulanThe extended abstract must be aligned with the conference theme/s.
B. Extended Abstract Submission Guidelines
Extended abstract should be between 2-4 pages.The title should be brief and clearly indicate the contents of the abstract.The Extended Abstract can be written in English or Bahasa Malaysia.Use standard abbreviations and symbols. Keep abbreviations to a minimum and define each one when it is used for the first time. Figures or tables should follow the UKM style and references should follow the APA style as shown in the template. UKM Style dan rujukan harus mengikuti Gaya APA seperti dalam templat.Abstrak ditulis dalam Word, disemak ejaan dan tatabahasa dengan teliti, dan dihantar melalui aplikasi kNovasi2023. Pilih sub-tema yang sesuai. Subtema boleh diperoleh dalam aplikasi kNovasi2023 dan laman sesawang kNovasi 2023. Abstrak tidak boleh diubah (nama pengarang, tajuk dan isi kandungannya) setelah tarikh akhir penyerahan abstrak.Authors of accepted extended abstracts will be invited to present their paper virtually at the conference as an oral presentation.Authors can check their presentation schedule once the schedule is completed, latest a week before the conference.Each extended abstract must contain:TitleAbstractKeywordsIntroductionResults and DiscussionConclusionSemua abstrak panjang akan diterbitkan dalam Prosiding kNovasi 2023 (salinan lembut dengan eISBN) pada 6 September 2023.
Abstrak panjang perlu dihantar melalui aplikasi kNovasi2023 sebelum tarikh akhir penghantaran, iaitu pada 7 Julai 2023 21 Julai 2023.

C. Extended Abstract Notification of Acceptance
Pengarang akan dimaklumkan penerimaan abstrak paling lewat seminggu selepas tarikh tutup penyerahan abstrak, iaitu pada 14 Julai 2023 24 Julai 2023
D. Full Paper (optional)
Authors of the accepted extended abstracts will be invited to submit a full paper using the full paper template before 7th of August 2022. Selected papers will be published in ASEAN Journal of Teaching & Learning in Higher Education (AJTLHE), berindeks Mycite, atau Bab dalam Buku Penerbit UKM) menggunakan templat kertas kerja penuh makalah jurnal AJTLHE atau templat bab dalam buku Knovasi 2023 yang dilampirkan di bawah. Penghantaran bagi kedua-dua bab dalam buku dan jurnal AJTHLE perlu dilakukan melalui aplikasi kNOVASI. Tarikh penghantaran selewat-lewatnya pada 7 Ogos 2023.When submitting the full paper through the apps, authors must ‘select’ in the options list, either ‘AJTHLE’ or ‘Book Chapter’. For AJTLHE papers, a first screening will be conducted by the kNovasi Scientific Committee, it the paper is chosen by the Scientific Committee, the author will be notified to then submit the paper through the AJTHLE submission website for the peer-review process.The submission of the full paper is optional and will be blind reviewed. Selected papers will be published in the AJTLHE journal, indexed Mycite or in a book as book chapters published by Penerbit UKM. If authors do not wish to submit to ATJHLE or as book chapters, authors may also submit by themselves to other preferred journals.There are no added fees for publication in the AJTHLE journal and Book Chapters.
Guidelines for the Chapter in Book:
Bab dalam buku perlu ditulis dalam Bahasa Melayu.The chapter in book must follow the following format: Introduction, Sub-topic 1, Sub-topic 2, Sub-topic 3, Sub-topic (x), Conclusion.The approximate number of pages for each chapter : 15-18 pages, Times New Roman, Font 12, double spacingAuthors must ensure that each photo, figure and table does not have any copyright infringements.It is recommended that references are from the last 5 years, and must follow the Gaya UKM.Kindly refer to the examples from book chapters in the kNovasi 2020 book as attached below.Guideline for AJTLHE:
The full paper must contain: Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results & Discussion, Conclusion, References. The full paper can be written in Malay or in English.It must follow the scope of the journal, which relates to research in teaching and learning at university level and not related to research at kindergarten, primary and secondary school levels.Refer to this guideline (How to submit a paper throught the AJTLHE online system) cara untuk hantar kertas kerja penuh melalui sistem AJTLHE. Dalam bahagian ‘Comments to editor’, sila nyatakan bahawa makalah tersebut adalah dari kNovasi 2023. All presenters will be invited to the dry-run session a week before the conference to check the accessibility of the internet connection at the location where the actual presentation will take place. F. Paper Presentation Winner
Presenting authors must register by 14 Julai 2023.Kegagalan untuk mendaftar boleh mengakibatkan kertas kerja dikeluarkan dari program kNovasi 2023 dan jika pembayaran telah dilakukan, ia tidak dapat dikembalikan.Penganjur kNovasi 2023 berhak menyusun kertas kerja yang diterima ke dalam sesi selari yang dirasakan sesuai dengan objektif kNovasi 2023.Keputusan penganjur kNovasi 2023 adalah muktamad.
