Conference Registration Fee

The conference registration fees are categorized according to participant type. Early bird rates are available for participants who complete registration before the specified deadline.

The registration fee includes:

  • Conference participation
  • Official certificate
  • Meals provided during the conference

* The registration fee does not include accommodation, travel expenses or publication fees.

Registration Guidelines

For Presenters
  1. Download the Abstract Template (DOCX format) via the following link:

  2. Authors are required to complete the online registration and abstract submission via the following link:
    RCSSST2026 Registration Form
  3. The completed abstract file must be uploaded through the Google Form at the time of registration.
  4. All submitted abstracts will undergo review by the conference committee.
  5. An official acceptance letter will be issued to the registered email address upon successful abstract evaluation.
  6. Payment instructions will be provided together with the acceptance notification.

Terms & Conditions

1. Registration

All presenters and participants must complete the official registration process through the designated registration platform. Submission of the registration form constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Abstract Submission and Review

Abstracts submitted by presenters will be subject to review by the conference committee. The committee reserves the right to accept or reject any submission based on relevance, quality and compliance with the conference scope and guidelines.

3. Acceptance Notification

Notification of acceptance will be communicated to all presenters and participants via email. The acceptance letter will include further instructions regarding registration confirmation and payment procedures.

4. Registration Fees and Payment

Registration fees must be paid in full within the stipulated period. Payment instructions will be provided either through the registration platform or in the acceptance notification email. All fees are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat. Refund policies, if applicable, will be determined by the organizing committee and communicated on the conference website.

6. Changes to the Programme

The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the conference programme, schedule, speakers or venue if necessary. Any changes will be communicated through the official conference website or via email.

7. Liability

The organizers shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury incurred by participants during the conference. Participants are advised to make appropriate travel and personal insurance arrangements.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for conference-related purposes and handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the conference, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
