Participants whose abstracts have been accepted for Invited Speaker and Oral Presentation are required to prepare and deliver their presentations according to the guidelines below.

First Slide Requirements The opening slide must clearly display the presentation TITLE, author’s NAME and INSTITUTION
Arrival Time At least 10 minutes before the session begins

*All oral presentations must be prepared in English. Authors are free to design their presentation slides according to their own preferred style and format.

*Presenters should ensure that all figures, graphs and tables are clearly visible and readable from the audience seating area. Presentations should focus on the objectives, methodology, results, discussion and significance of the research.

β€’ One bell will be rung when 1 minute remains of the presentation period.
β€’ Two bells will be rung when the presentation time has elapsed.

Presenters are requested to conclude their presentation immediately upon hearing the second bell. Strict adherence to the allocated presentation time is essential to ensure the smooth running of the conference programme and to respect fellow speakers and participants.

Internet access will not be available on the presentation computers in the meeting rooms. All presentation materials, including videos, animations and external resources, must be fully downloaded and capable of running offline from the local drive.
