Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) research in the country started in the year 2004. The statistical parametric mapping (SPM) was the only known analytical framework for fMRI data analysis in the country, at that time. The first SPM version used by us is SPM2.
SPM is developed under the auspices of the Functional Imaging Laboratory (FIL), the Wellcome Trust Centre for NeuroImaging (WTCN), in the Institute of Neurology at University College London (UCL), UK.
Presently used SPM version among our members are version 2008 (SPM8) and version 2012 (SPM12).
