Specify a working directory (Current Folder) in which all the files will be written into Specify a correct pathway in Command Window to link Matlab and SPM (the exact location of SPM folder need to be known) Type “spm” and choose “fMRI” for fMRI data analysis SPM is now ready for data analysis
