Financial Aid for Publication of Indexed Journals 2026
The Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment (FKAB) is committed to supporting research excellence among academics. The following is the latest information on financial assistance for indexed journal publication fees for the year 2026, effective from 13 April 2026.
DANA PECUTAN PENERBITAN (DPP) CRIM
This fund is dedicated to high-quality publications:
- Criteria: Payment only for Q1/Q2 WoS indexed journals.
- Form: Applicants must use BORANG DANA PECUTAN PENERBITAN CRIM (DPP).
DANA BANTUAN TABUNG FAKULTI
This fund is available to support various other categories of indexed journals:
- Criteria: Payment is only for WoS, WoS ESCI, and SCOPUS indexed journals Q3/Q4.
- Form: Applicants must use BORANG DANA PECUTAN PENERBITAN FKAB.
Important Application Information
To ensure a smooth application process, please note the following:
- Year of Publication: Assistance is only allowed for the payment of publication fees (Article Processing Charge) for journal articles published in 2026 only.
- Application Method: For the purpose of coordinating information and avoiding dropouts, all applications are online via Google Form at the following link: https://forms.gle/U9mT7k2KH1FQWmbw9.
- Approval Process: All applications must be forwarded to the Research & Innovation Secretariat for review and approval before the Bill Register preparation and payment process by the Financial Zone 2 unit.
