Booking

Procedures

  1. There are Six (6) spaces available for reservation and use subject to availability.
  2. Booking for the use of space at JPP must be done manually except for the UKM Meeting Room, Active Space (Beta) & Active Space (Alpha) which uses the SMPR system (https://ewarga.ukm.my/smpr/).
  3. Each applicant & user is required to contact the administrator of the space concerned in advance by phone / email to check the availability of use.
  4. If there is a vacancy, the next applicant is required to make a formal application by correspondence or email to Head of the Department of Medical Education.
  5. Each booking approval is subject to the vacancy of the space applied for.
  6. The Department of Medical Education reserves the right to cancel any application that does not follow the prescribed procedures.
  7. The use of space is given priority to the teaching and learning programs of students.
