Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide module documents for use by students as a guide.
- Coordinate PPD materials from all lecturers involved from various departments in the faculty.
- Coordinate the preparation of packages used in small group discussion sessions.
- Coordinate the preparation of blue-print module objectives appropriate to teaching and learning activities.
- Coordinate student assignments and coordinate the summative examination implementation process.
- Provide brief module audit reports and formative and summative examinations.
- Coordinate module audits in the final week of module implementation.
- Coordinate PPD Camp for year 1, year 3 and year 5.
- Coordinate and implement various workshops related to PPD, including:
a. The workshop provides PPD modules.
b. PPD facilitator training workshop.
c. PPD examination question preparation workshop. - Coordinate Standardized Patient (SP) training for teaching and examination purposes.
- Coordinate PPD answer script examination and coordinate SMPH examination and scoring system.
