We also provide you with information about Special rate and other factors that may influence your choice. Comfortable and cosy room are available for students .

We have created the following Step by Step guide for your room booking process.
booking process short stay [1 -29 night]
Step 1 – Click on the booking link. https://reservations.cheras.komuneliving.com/114725?RatePlanId=6636895#/accommodation/room
Step 2 – Select Add Code Corporate and find Rate Access/Corporate Code from the drop down list. Then type in “PPUKM” and add.
Step 3 – Select Dates of Stay from the calendar and confirm dates of stay button below.
Step 4 – You will see PPUKM special rates appeared online and click “Book” button.
Step 5 – You will see the reservation summary. Fill in “Guest Information” columns and select
“Payment Method” to complete the booking.

Step 2 – Below are the Special negotiated rates for HUKM from 01st Sept 2022 through 31st Dec 2023. Arrange a site visit with our Sales personnel to view your choice of room and hotel facilities.
Step 3 – Once your decision is made, our Sales personnel will prepare you Tenancy contract and brief you on the terms & conditions before moving in.
