  • Provide customer-friendly service at the Dean’s Office Counter to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Record the receipt, distribution, and dispatch of letters to ensure the smooth and effective handling of all correspondence
  • Ensuring the meeting room is prepared for use by the faculty and faculty secretariat.
  • Assist in implementing the dean’s office record and file management process as well as maintaining the confidentiality of documents to ensure documents are easily accessible and stored in a safe condition
  • Assist with the application process for obtaining the signature of the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine
  • Assist in managing inventory and stock orders from HCTM Center and UKM Bangi under effective regulations and circulars
