Collaboration Document (LoI/MoU / MoA)

Collaboration between the Faculty of Medicine and Industry is highly encouraged but it is recommended that long-term cooperation involving assets, labor, and finance be tied to the signing of the collaboration agreement. Departments of faculty or external parties seeking cooperation are encouraged to make this cooperation agreement as a sign that the cooperation is official and fulfills both parties’ wishes. Here are the most commonly used official documents.

 

Letter of Intent / Letter of Intent
A Letter of Intent is a statement of intention or intention of the parties to cooperate. It cannot legally bind parties and remain an intention or intention.


Memorandum of understanding (MoU)

It is a statement of mutual understanding and intention of the parties in the transaction to cooperate with each other without establishing a mutual relationship between them. The parties are not bound by any legal obligation, liability or liability.


Memorandum of Agreement (MoA)

An agreement is when the parties to a transaction agree to establish a mutual relationship with each other and are based on the repayment of one or more promises made by one party and accepted by the other. The parties are bound by the obligations, obligations and liabilities agreed upon and the legal implications.
