Welcoming Ceremony & Briefing

Dear Postgraduate Students,

Greetings from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia!

Please be informed that the Welcoming Ceremony for new Postgraduate Students will be held on  6 March 2024 and Semester 2 2023-2024 will commence on 11 March 2024.

The details for registration are as follows :

1. Student online registration is from 1 – 7 March 2024. Course registration date will begin on 1st March 2024.

2. Students shall make full payment of their tuition fees before or during the online course/thesis/dissertation registration period. Those who have not made payment will not be allowed to register for courses/thesis/dissertation.  Students will only be able to register for the courses/thesis/dissertation within 3 workingdays after the payment is confirmed.

3. Please refer to Student Financial Unit for the exact fee amount (ukpbendahari@ukm.edu.my)Please ensure to pay the fees according to the listed method only. Students will be responsible for any inconvenience occurred. (Fee payment: ukpbendahari@ukm.edu.my).

4. As a reminder, students who have paid their fees does not mean you were automatically registered but it is the responsibility of students to register themselves via the SMPWEB within the stipulated period.

5. Please check and update your personal information on SMPweb and if changes can’t be made, please contact postgraduate.akad@ukm.edu.my
