The Bachelor of Economics (BE) program offered at FEP, UKM, is one of the earliest economics programs in Malaysia and has produced numerous economic figures in the country. This program is designed to provide students with the latest knowledge and skills in economics, enabling them to apply economic principles in organizational planning, policy development, research, and decision-making processes within organizations. Areas of focus include industrial and international economics, monetary and fiscal economics, econometrics, development economics, and Islamic economics. The curriculum aims to produce graduates who are sensitive to current economic issues and capable of contributing ideas grounded in economic principles and theories to planning processes.
