Introduction

The Public Administration and Leadership Bachelor’s Program (SPeAK) is a combination of courses offered by the Faculty of Economics and Management (FEP) and other faculties/centers within the National University of Malaysia (UKM), managed by the Professional Development and Leadership Center (Professional-UKM).

This program aims to enhance management knowledge for those involved in administration and management of organizations, whether in the public or private sector. A block system is used to indicate the differences in various competency levels within the program structure.

The Master of Public Administration and Leadership programme aims to develop knowledgeable, skilled, and professional human capital who apply the latest knowledge in the field in line with the concept of lifelong learning. This programme is implemented to achieve the objective of producing:

1.PLO 1 Critically evaluate theories and concepts in organisational leadership and administration and relate them to societal issues.

-Bachelor's Degree

Bachelor’s degree in accounting with honors, achieving a Good Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) from the University or any higher education institution recognized by the Senate, with at least a CGPA of 2.50 – 3.00

AND

meeting other requirements as determined by the Faculty.

Obtaining at least MUET Band 2.
