On 29th April to 1st May, the 8th MyPSA Rx Quiz was held in IIUM, Kuantan. 10 students from UKM which were divided into two teams, UKM A and UKM B, participated in this competition. There were many other teams from different universities vying to be the champion of this year’s Rx Quiz. Participants had to go through 2 preliminary rounds before proceeding to the semi-final. There were 2 rounds in the finals before the winners could be announced. It was not all just about stress, as participants had the chance to relax and mingle with fellow Pharmacy students during the Gala Night.
It was indeed a proud moment for UKM when it was announced that team UKM A managed to be the first runner-up of the competition after battling it out with other teams with their wit and determination. The champion was Taylors’, while 2nd runner-up was CUCMS A. Congratulations! Besides that, well done to all participants as well for the effort!
All in all, the participants gained new knowledge and experiences throughout this event which will be valuable memories in university life that they will certainly cherish in the future.
