Congratulations: Recipients of FRGS 2020

Heartiest congratulations to KITA Research Fellows Dr. Adil Johan and Dr. Pue Giok Hun, recipients of the Fundamental Research Grants Scheme (FRGS) for the year 2020, for their respective research projects, “Development of Framework on Intercultural Musical Mobilities of Malaysian Popular Music (1970s to 1990s)” and “Sejarah lisan jambatan kesinambungan warisan Cina Peranakan Pantai Timur Semenanjung Malaysia” (Oral history: bridging heritage of the Peranakan Chinese in the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia). The FRGS grants were competitively awarded by the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia.
