Biology
Biology offers two specialized modules; 1) Plants 2) Animals. Teaching and research of biology in the faculty includes aspects of taxonomy, anatomy, morphology, ecology, biodiversity, plant and animal genetics, of terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems. Exposure to all aspects of basic and applied research aimed to achieve balance between socio-economic development and conservation of biodiversity and the environment.

Entry requirements
General requirement:
- Complete 12 years of Primary and High School education; and
- Obtain High School (e.g. Higher Secondary Certificate, Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate, Tawjihiyah, Ijazah Sekolah Menengah Atas, High School Diploma); and
- Meet minimum English requirement set by faculty; and
- Pass UKM interview (if required) ; and
- Meet faculty specific requirement;
