International Mobility Program has been one of the strengths of the Faculty of Pharmacy UKM. Mobility activities are designed to facilitate experiential learning, international exposure and ground-based-networking for students and faculty members. The faculty is fortunate to have great collaborations with partnering universities around the region. Short-term international mobility program has been one of the annual highlights at the Faculty of Pharmacy. Groups of students from various countries will engage in a two- weeks exciting inbound mobility program themed under the ‘Educational & Research Mobility’. On top of that, students of the faculty have the privilege to be invited to various interesting outbound programs hosted by partnering universities.

 
Research mobility program offers an opportunity for staff and students in related academic disciplines to work at our well-established laboratories under supervision from the experts at the faculty. We welcomed research collaboration through short- or long-term research attachment throughout the year.
However, with the pandemic affecting all of us, the mobility program had to be paused in 2020 and fortunately thanks to all the support from the previous participating universities, the program is taking a new shape and mode in the form of virtual mobility engagement. It is a great challenge, but the excitement and the core values of the program will remain the same and more improvised manner in the sense of engaging with students virtually.
