Core Quality Objectives (P&P)

1.

The study program is reviewed at least once every five years. (F/I/P)

2.

Full accreditation or study program monitoring audit is carried out before the expiration date of the program's accreditation period.

3.

Offer admission to new undergraduate students at least 85% of the projection approved by the Senate. (UKM Academic & UKMSHAPE)

4.

All programs offered meet the minimum number of students set. (F/I/P)

5.

Conduct study programs in line with Faculty/Institute/Center teaching planning with at least 50% of courses meeting blended learning requirements. (UKM teaching)

6.

The learning outcomes of the decisive course are measured through examinations and/or summative assessment methods set as in the course proforma. (F/I/P - Undergraduate)

7.

The thesis/dissertation oral examination is held within one month after the thesis/dissertation examination report is received. (F/I/P)

8.

The percentage of students who graduate is at least : (F/I/P)

  • 15% for postgraduate students who complete their studies within the specified period or before the student convocation date.
  • 90% of undergraduate students graduate within the stipulated period according to the student cohort.

Management Procedure Quality Objectives

1.

Direct purchase proceeds (Official Orders up to RM3,000) are handled no later than 10 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents.

2.

Payment documents (supplies / services / work) are submitted to the Treasurer's Department no later than seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of complete documents.

3.

Appointed suppliers achieve a performance evaluation of at least satisfactory (Grade B) at each evaluation.

4.

Implement the best asset management through inspection / self-inspection.

5.

Achieved 85% customer satisfaction level for the services provided.

6.

Conduct workplace inspections at least once every 3 months.
