Convocation Robe Collection

 

1.

Robe collection will begin starting from 14th – 24th November 2023, at BANGUNAN TUN FATIMAH HASHIM LINGKUNGAN 1, UNIVERSITI KEBANGSAAN MALAYSIA.
   
2. The robe collection will be carried out in stages according to the appointment scheduled. Please follow the robe collection appointment scheduled on the confirmation slip.
   
3. During the robe collection, please make sure to:
  • Bring your robe collection confirmation slip;
  • Bring your Matric card;
  • Bring the proof of having completed the Graduate Tracer Study through the Sistem Kajian Pengesanan Graduan (SKPG).
   
4. Robe collection through a representative is allowed but the graduand must ensure that the representative brings along the above items. Each representative is only allowed to collect 2 robes.
   
5. Please make sure the robe collected is as booked in the system. Any change is not permitted.
   
6. During the collection of robes, ONLY graduands are allowed to enter the hall for the collection. Parents / spouses / children are NOT PERMITTED to be in the collection area.
