1. The application is open to academic staff of the Faculty of Medicine UKM only.

2. The application limited to publications in recent years only until the funds is used up.

3. The application is based on claim basis or payment directly to the company.

4. The maximum rate is RM 1,000.00 per application.

5. Articles must be published in WOS (SCIE/SSCI) journals ranked within quartiles (Q1–Q4) according to the Journal Citation Reports (based on the Journal Impact Factor from two (2) years prior).

6. Payments made using grant or any other source will not be entertained.

7. Applications must be made by the first author or corresponding author only.

8. Each article is eligible to receive editing fee assistance only once.

9. Author is required to use the affiliation of the Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

10. The application must be accompanied by the following documents:

• Application Form

• A copy of the payment receipt / quotation

• Letters / emails of acceptance

• Proof of WOS indexed and quartile

• A copy of the published or accepted manuscript for publication
