UKM CONVOCATION

	We are pleased to announce, with the consent of His Royal Highness Yang di-Pertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus, Tuanku Muhriz Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir, the Chancellor of UKM; the 51^st UKM Convocation Ceremony will be held physically for all sessions from 25^th of November to 30^th of November 2023. 	Access to the UKM's Convocation system will be open starting from 6^th November 2023 (Monday), 3.00 pm. UKM's Convocation System can only be accessed for graduates in the year 2022 & 2023 for Senate approval as below: 492^nd Senate - (21^st December 2022) 493^rd Senate - (25^th January 2023) 494^th Senate - (24^rd February 2023) 495^th Senate - (29^th March 2023) 496^th Senate - (13^th April 2023) 497^th Senate - (26^th May 2023) 498^th Senate - (21^st June 2023) 499^th Senate - (26^th July 2023) 500^th Senate - (30^nd August 2023) 501^st Senate - (27^th September 2023) 502^nd Senate - (25^th October 2023)

	NOTICE OF ROBE RETURN AFTER 6^th DECEMBER 2023 Starting on 7^th December 2023, the return of graduate robes and mortarboard will be at Level G, Pusat Pengurusan Akademik Lingkungan 2, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. For more information please refer here.

	NOTIFICATION OF TERMINATION OF STUDENT EMAIL FOR GRADUATES OF UKM 51^ST CONVOCATION CEREMONY 2023 Please be informed that the official email accounts of soon-to-be graduates ("matricnumber"@siswa.ukm.edu.my) will be deactivated starting from 4th December 2023. In relation to this, graduates are requested to make copies of all relevant documents, data, or calendars. 	PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO SERVICE AT UKM 51^st CONVOCATION CEREMONY FOR THE YEAR 2023 The National University of Malaysia (UKM) has provided photography studio services especially for the UKM 51st Convocation Ceremony for the year 2023. Details of the service provided are as the following: a) Main Photography Studio Location : Grassfield nearby Panggung Seni, Dewan Canselor Tun Abdul Razak (DECTAR) UKM Date of operation : 25^th of November 2023 till 30^th of November 2023 b) Mini Photography Studio Location : Dewan Kuliah Utama, Bangunan Tun Fatimah Hashim, UKM (Location for graduate academic robes collection and return) Date of operation : 14^th of November 2023 till 6^th of December 2023 Graduates who are interested to book a photoshoot session at both or either one of the available studios or would like to obtain more information regarding this service may directly contact ADH Biduanda Resources at 0197973842 or by email at biduandastudio@gmail.com

	Graduates who wish to update photos to be displayed on stage during the ceremony can do so by uploading the latest photos via SMPWEB or SMPE before 27^th October 2023. Please refer to Student's Photo guideline before uploading. Photos that do not follow the specifications and guidelines given will be rejected.
