Center for Value Creation and Human Well-Being Studies (INSAN)

INTRODUCTION

The centre for value creation and human well-being studies (INSAN) was established in 2018 as one of the research centres of the Faculty of Economics and Management (FEP), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).

Through its ongoing research works, INSAN is committed in generating, and disseminating knowledge and to collaborate and establish networks with governments, industries, agencies, and universities to best serve the community, nation, and the world in the 21st century.

VISION

To be a reference center of research excellence in value creation and human well-being studies.

MISSION

To extensively conduct current research on issues related to the World of Work and the Future of Work, Organizational Dynamics, and Value-Based Management.

INSAN is committed to generating, and disseminating knowledge and in establishing important links with governments, industries, agencies, and universities to best serve the nation and the world in the 21st century.

The centre seeks to cultivate in each member of the centre the ability, competence, and passion to conduct research scientifically, innovatively and effectively to generate new knowledge for organizational development and global human capital.
